Can I buy a diamond from your stock on hand?

Yes. We keep a small stock of diamonds in New Zealand that we have personally chosen for quality and value, but we won't try to sell you something you don't want or that doesn't suit your requirements.

What if you don't have the diamond I want in stock?

A:

Unfortunately we are no longer importing new stock into New Zealand as out South African diamond supplier has retired and left the country. We therefore only have the diamonds listed on our website for sale, at special discounted prices

Why don't you hold more stock on hand to sell?

A:

It would be dificult and expensive to select stock to meet every customer's requirements, so we select a small range of the most popular sized diamonds that represent excellent value for money. This approach keeps our overheads, and therefore our prices, low.

How do I choose a diamond?

A:

We will help you select a diamond that best fits your criteria in terms of the quality of the diamond and your budget. We can do this at face-to-face meetings, by telephone or even by e-mail. Once we have identified your criteria, we will try to match it to a stone from our New Zealand stock.

How long does it take to get my diamond?

A:

If you buy a diamond from our New Zealand stocks, you can collect it or we can deliver it to you as soon as payment has been made in full.
