We provide a personal service. We meet you one-to-one so that we can understand what you are looking for and we can offer you advice on how to select a quality and best value diamond. Our aim is to leave you assured and confident that you are making the best purchase for your budget.

We don't sell diamonds over the Internet, we don't sell by mail order and we don't have retail shops. Instead, we offer New Zealanders a different way to purchase quality South African diamonds with confidence, and with a personal, professional service to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase.

• We don't sell diamonds over the Internet or by mail order because we believe you need to feel comfortable with the people you are buying from.
   
• Not having retail shops means we can keep our overheads and margins low, and this allows us to offer very competitive prices compared to normal retail prices.

For the same reasons, we don't keep a large stock of stones in New Zealand. Instead we offer a smaller range of stones that we have personally selected for their exceptional quality and value.

Rest assured - we will not try to sell you something you don't want. If we don't have the diamond that you want, we can still provide you with the knowledge and information that you will need to purchase confidently elsewhere.

We believe the experience of choosing and buying a diamond should be educational and fun, in a relaxed environment; not hurried or intimidating, as it can sometimes be in a high-street or premier jewellers shop! We will talk with you about what you want, your budget and the options available, and then meet with you to show you our range of diamonds so that you can select the one that suits you best.

We are based in Wellington, New Zealand, so if you live outside this area, we are happy to consult with you by telephone or email instead, to answer any questions you may have.

If you are not entirely happy with any diamond you have purchased from us, you can return it to us within seven days for a full refund, provided that it is still in its original condition and packaging (conditions may apply).
